- The App schedules local notifications for your configured reminders

5.2 How This Data Is Stored
Important: All health and wellness data is stored locally on your device only using secure local storage (Hive database). This data is:
- NOT transmitted to our servers
- NOT shared with third parties
- NOT synchronized across devices
- NOT accessible by analytics or advertising services
5.3 Your Control Over This Data
You have full control over your health data:
- You can view all your data within the App
- You can reset your journal entries through the App's settings
- You can reset all data (including preferences, reminders, check-ins, pain levels, and journal entries) through the App's settings
- Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data
6. Local Data Storage
Our App stores the following information locally on your device:
- User preferences (recovery level, focus areas)
- Onboarding completion status
- Notification and reminder settings
- Configured reminders (time, recurrence pattern, custom days)
- Daily check-in history
- Journal entries (dates, pain levels, fatigue, mood, notes)
- Pain tracking data by body area
This locally stored data is not transmitted to external servers. You can clear this data by:
- Using "Reset journal" option in the App's settings
- Using "Reset all data" option in the App's settings
- Uninstalling the App from your device
7. Camera and Photos
Our App may request access to your device's camera for the following purposes:
- Taking photos to attach to support requests via the contact form
- Capturing images to document your recovery progress
When camera access is used:
- Photos are only taken when you explicitly initiate the action
- Photos attached to support requests are transmitted to us only when you submit the form
- We do not access your photo library or existing photos without your explicit action
- You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings
8. Advertising ID
We collect your device's Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android, Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) for the following purposes:
